Guarantee, exchange and returns

We are not satisfied until you are! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can always return the products within 14 days (from the shipping date) and we will refund the amount. Only in an unused condition and in the original packaging.

Exchange and returns

Would you like to return a product? We ask you to follow these steps. Then we can process your returns as quickly as possible.

• Fill out this return form.
• Print out the return form and include it with your return shipment.
• Upon receipt of your shipment, UnderWunder will send you a confirmation via e-mail.
• We will exchange the item (if it is in stock) or refund the purchase price within 10 days, depending on what you want.

14 days trial period

UnderWunder allows you to exchange or return a product if you report this to us within 14 days of purchase. It is important that the product is complete and is still in its original packaging. Products that are used, damaged or incomplete are not suitable for exchange or full refund.

Did you receive the correct size?

Immediately upon receipt of the underwear, we recommend that you compare the size of the UnderWunder product with underwear already being worn. If the size is not right, please contact us. We will then exchange the product.

Guarantee

UnderWunder underwear has a 3 months guarantee for normal use. To assess whether you are able to make use of the guarantee, you must always return the underwear to us.
